高职学生创新创业能力的培养——基于校企合作模式

Training of Vocational Students' Ability of Innovation and Entrepreneurship——Based on College-Enterprise Cooperation

大学生创新创业能力的培养已然成为高职院校人才质量提升的重要战略。但目前,校企合作模式下高职学生创新创业能力培养普遍存在合作的认识不到位、合作基础不扎实、合作机制运作不畅的问题。因此,应建立校企合作机制下的学生创新创业能力培养保障机制,构建培养综合体系,丰富培养平台形式,使学生创新创业能力培养得到有效保障。

Training of students＇ innovative and entrepreneurial ability has become an important task for vocational colleges to improve their education quality. However, the present training mode- college-enterprise cooperation is faced with some problems in this respect, such as weak sense of cooperation, sandy cooperative foundation and unsmootb communication. Therefore, to effectively guarantee the training of innovation and entrepreneurship, we should establish corresponding support mechanism, build comprehensive training system and enrich the forms of training platforms.
