X射线荧光光谱法测定闪速熔炼炉铜渣中12种元素含量的研究

摘要 本文提出了用粉末压片法制样,X射线荧光光谱法测定闪速熔炼炉铜渣化学成分的方法。对磨样时间、压样压力、光管电流、电压等影响因素进行考察,优化了分析条件。在选定条件下,利用经验系数校正、康普顿校正,工作曲线线性关系良好.实际样品分析的精密度RSD在0.45%-6.84%。方法对照未见明显偏差,效果理想。方法操作简单,劳动效率高,准确度、精密度能满足闪速熔炼工艺快速分析的测定要求。 This passage mainly suggested powder tabletting for sample preparation, with using X--ray fluorescence spec- trometry measuring chemical composition of flash smelting copper smelter slag. The paper finally optimized the analysis condi- tion from the aspect of grinding sample time, sample pressure,tube current and voltage. With the selected condition, the work- ing curve linear relationship was properly by using the experience coefficient of correction and the Compton correction. The pre- cision of the analysis of actual samples RSD was between 0. 45% and 6. 84%, and this method couldn't show obvious devia- tion. Besides it, this operation was simple, high labor efficiency, accuracy and precision can meet the demand of flash smelting.
