摘要
灰锁斗罐是在2个压力不相等的系统之间设置的,它是处于压力间歇性变化的系统之间的中间系统。因为其压力在不停的变化,所以属于疲劳设备,不能采用常规设计方法进行设计,需要按照分析设计的方法进行。对灰锁斗罐的基本条件进行了详细的说明,并明确提出了其设计状态下的参数。使用ANSYS有限元软件建立了筒体以及其上接管的4个模型,按照JB/T 4730-2005标准要求进行应力的评定,评定内容包括:筒体及其上部1个DN300接管、筒体及其上部1个DN100接管、筒体及其上部1个DN50接管、筒体及其上部DN500人孔接管的强度分析和疲劳分析以及人孔螺柱的强度及疲劳分析。通过分析详细地说明了此类容器进行设计需考虑的内容和人孔螺柱更换的时间。
Ash lock hopper tank which setting between the two systems of unequal pressure,is the middle system between the intermittent pressure change systems.It must be designed according to the method of analysis and design without routine design,due to the constantly changing pressure and the property of fatigue.The basic conditions of the ash lock hopper tank and the specific parameters of the design condition were presented In this paper.four models were set by the ANSYS finite element software.The stress evaluation were carried out according to JB/T4730-2005(2005confirmed).the evaluation content include:the strength analysis and fatigue analysis of the manhole stud and the cylinder with Various tubes such as the DN300 tube,the DN100 tube,the DN50 tube,and the DN500 tube.The design contents that should be considered and replacement time of the Manhole stud were expounded.
