摘要 煤炭生产过程中,如采用液态排渣汽化技术生产,原煤流动温度需控制在低于气化炉温度的范围之内,在这样的情况下,煤灰熔融性也将随之受到影响,产生相应变化。研究了煤灰成分与煤灰熔融性之间的潜在关系,对煤样的煤灰成分进行抽样分析,并根据结果对两者之间的关系进行分析研究。 If liquid slag discharge gasification technology was used in the process of coal production,the raw coal flow temperature should be controlled below the gasifier temperature range.In this case,coal ash fusibility will be affected and changed correspondingly.In this paper,the potential relationship between coal ash-constituents and coal ash fusibility was studied,the sampling analysis of the ash content in coal samples was carried out.According to the results,the relationship between the two was analyzed and studied.
