摘要 详细阐述了玻璃熔窑蓄热室格子体设计的思路。指出了玻璃熔窑炉膛内的火焰温度和炉壁温度的关系,助燃空气的预热温度和排出烟气的温度是互相锁定的关系,达到助燃空气预热温度是蓄热室格子体设计的目标。重点介绍了格子体设计的简化计算公式,以及国投线500 t/d浮法玻璃熔窑蓄热室按简化计算公式进行格子体设计的情况。还采用TECO经验公式对计算结果进行了对比分析。 Design ideals of regenerator checker packing in glass furnace Were illustrated. The relationship between flame and wall temperature in the furnace was indicated. It is disclosed that there is a lock-up relationship between the preheat temperature of combustion-supporting air and the temperature of exhaust flue gas. The design target of regenerator checker is to reach the preheat temperature of combustion- supporting air. The simplified formula for computing checker design was described in details. The practical case of checker design of state investment 500t/d float glass furnace was also described. Contrastive analysis of computing results through TECO empirical equation was conducted.
