摘要
分析了转制科研院所后勤物业的现状和存在问题,展望了科研院所后勤物业向打造现代办公空间的科研物业转型和资产管理转型的前景和方向。
The current status and existing problems of logistic management of system transformed scientific research institute were analyzed. The transition direction from outdated scientific research institute logistic to building modem official business logistic and prospect of assets management were also predicted.
