Introduced online hot dipping treatment technology and equipment. It made up the defect of the off-line hot dipping treatment technology.The hot dip process and toughened glass production were completed in the same production line. This paper expounded the reasons of tempered glass exploding, harm and response, This paper discussed the new technology and advantages of products in the capacity, effect, power consumption and cost. It created a new way.of reducing the product cost and enlarge its application scope.
