Since Prahalad and Hamel put forward the core competitiveness, it has become the research focus. By reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature, this paper makes a research and analysis on the core competence of enterprises, and discusses the ways to cultivate and enhance the core competence of enterprises. It provides the corresponding theoretical basis for the following study.
