摘要
随着信息技术和管理创新的不断发展,人力资源管理外包不仅成为一种管理风尚,也成为企业获取竞争优势的管理方法。文中从人力资源管理外包的含义出发,提出全新的外包模式分类方法,并给出人力资源外包模式的选择策略。
With the development of information technology and management innovation, human resource management outsourcing becomes a way to gain competitive advantage for enterprises. Based on the meaning of human resource management outsourcing, this paper puts forward a new classification method of outsourcing, and gives the selection strategy.
