摘要
我国房地产业发展还不够成熟,还存在信用管理重视程度不够、市场集中度不高、房价增长过快等问题。笔者运用种群生态理论,并借鉴国外发达国家发展成熟的经验,分析我国房地产企业种群可持续发展模式。
The development of real estate industry of China is not mature yet with lack of credit management, low level of industry concentration, excessive growth of house price and so on. The paper analyzed the sustainable development model of the real estate enterprises by population ecological theory and ripe experience of developed countries.
