摘要
针对传统汽车发电机整流桥支架存在材料利用率低、制造成本高及漏电隐患等问题,提出了整流桥支架的改进设计方案。改进了的整流桥支架经投入生产和使用后验证,铜材的利用率节省近70%,支架的制造工艺成本降低,导电性和散热性得到改善,漏电隐患基本消除。
Aiming at the problems of low utilization ratio of materials, high manufacturing cost and potential leakage, the improved design scheme of rectifier bridge bracket is put forward in this paper. The practice proves that the improved rectifier bridge bracket makes the copper utilization save nearly 70%, bracket fabrication cost reduced, electrical conductivity and heat dissipation improved, the hidden trouble of electric leakage eliminated.
