摘要
针对600 MW超临界机组配置的给水前置泵存在低负荷时转子抖动串轴、振动大,冷却腔两侧严重泄漏,机械密封易损坏,以及泵效率低、耗电大的问题,在不更换所有部件的前提下进行了全面的安全、节能优化改进,改进后不但解决了所有不安全问题,而且给水前置泵的效率提高了2%~6%,最高运行效率可达83.5%,且每台泵平均每小时可节电133.875 k Wh,每台机组年节电200.812万k Wh的效果。
Feed water pump of 600 MW supercritical unit has some problems such as leakage on both sides of cooling cavity, mechanical seal is easy to damage, low efficiency and high power consumption. After the safety and energy saving optimization, the efficiency of the feed pump is improved by 2%-6%, the maximum operating efficiency is up to 83.5%, each pump can save electricity 133.875 kwh and each unit can save electricity about 200.812 kwh.
