基于调压不正常的压力控制回路故障诊断探究

Research on the Fault Diagnosis of Pressure Control Loop Based on the Abnormal Pressure Regulation

压力控制回路故障诊断与排除方法有很多种,重点探究了基于调压不正常导致的故障诊断与排除问题。笔者剖析了压力控制回路因调压不正常而导致故障的原因有溢流阀主阀芯卡住、溢流阀回油口液流被动、流阀远程控制油路压力降太大、溢流阀产生共振及溢流阀控制油路泄漏等,为更好地进行压力控制回路故障诊断和排除奠定了理论基础。

There are fault diagnosis caused many fault diagnosis and elimination methods for pressure control loop, the focus of the paper is the by abnormal pressure regulation. It analyses the cause of the fault such as main spool of relief valve is stuck, relief valve resonance, leakage of oil path and so on. It lays a theoretical foundation for fault diagnosis and exclusion of the pressure control loop.
