摘要 对铸造凝固过程温度场模拟及缩孔、缩松缺陷预测算法进行了研究,并应用于SIMU-CAST铸造凝固过程模拟软件研发。软件能基于有限单元法进行凝固过程温度场、缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷的数值模拟。模拟过程充分考虑材料和边界条件等参数的非线性特征,并考虑结晶潜热的处理。同时对铸件缩孔、缩松预测结果和ProCAST软件计算结果进行对比,验证了所开发软件的准确性。 Numerical simulation of temperature and porosity prediction algorithm during casting solidification process was analyzed to develop the SIMU-CAST software.The software can predict temperature field and casting defects,such as shrinkage porosity(holes)based on FEM method,where non-linear features of material characteristics and boundary condition as well as latent heat treatment are taken into account.The simulated result of shrinkage porosity by the self-developed software was compared with that of one by the ProCAST software.The comparative result is satisfied.
