摘要
对辽宁省高校体育场馆运营管理现状进行剖析,提出辽宁省高校体育场馆实施市场化运营管理模式的设想,并进一步对辽宁省高校体育场馆市场化运营管理的理论基础和现实基础进行论证,构建出管理体制科学化、管理制度规范化、经营方式灵活化、开放安排信息化、收费标准适度化、宣传营销多元化的辽宁省高校体育场馆市场化运营管理模式,以期为辽宁省高校体育场馆的有效运营管理提供借鉴。
Through the analysis of the Liaoning University Stadium operations management present situation, this paper proposes the ideas that Liaoning college sports venues should implement market-oriented operation and management mode, and further illustrates theoretical and realistic foundation of the college stadiums in capital market in Liaoning colleges, to build a market management mode of Liaoning college stadiums which has scientific management system, normalized institution, flexible modes of operation mode, informational open arrangement, moderated fees and diversified promotional marketing, in order to provide references for the effective operation and management of the Liaoning university stadiums.
