企业参与职业教育集团化办学研究综述

Review of Researches on Enterprises Participating in Vocational Education Collectivization

职业教育集团化办学是提高技能型人才培养质量的重要途径,企业参与职业教育是集团化办学的关键。综述认为,企业参与职业教育集团化办学积极性不高是当前面临的突出问题。究其原因,企业缺乏人才培养意识、存在参与的后顾之忧、缺少中间机构与管理,同时,政策法规支持不力,权利义务不明确,合作企业类型不均衡且联系途径狭窄。由于学界对企业参与职业教育集团化办学的研究尚不够全面和深入,建议今后将研究的重点放在调动企业参与职业教育集团化办学的政策、合作模式上,并从产教融合的高度来深化研究。

Vocational education collectivization is an important way to improve the quality of skilled personnel training. The enterprises participation in vocational education is one of the key factors to vocational education success. The review on the previous researches showed that vocational education is faced with a prominent problem,i.e. enterprises participation in the vocational education collectivization is lowly motivated. The reasons include： enterprises lack the consciousness of talent cultivation,have worries about the follow-up affairs after participation and lack the intermediate organization and management in-between. At the same time,there are also the lack of the support policies and regulations,and the ambiguity of the rights and obligations for different parties,and the limited types of participating enterprises as well as interactive channels between vocational educational institution and enterprises. As the previous academic researches on enterprises participation in the vocational education collectivization is insufficient,the present paper suggests that future researches focus on the policy and the cooperation model to arouse the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in vocational education,especially the in-depth researches from the perspective of the integration between the enterprises and vocational education.
