野生黄刺玫果高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究

摘要 目的:以山西省野生黄刺玫果为主,建立黄刺玫果的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,为黄刺玫果的质量控制提供有效方法。方法:采用Inertsil ODS-SP(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为254 nm,柱温为25℃;采用"中药指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004 A版)"确定共有峰,进行模式分析及相似度计算。结果:该色谱条件下黄刺玫果各成分色谱峰得到较好的分离,经方法学验证,该方法具有良好的精密度、稳定性和重现性。10批样品指纹图谱中共标定了12个共有峰,各批次样品成分类型基本一致。结论:该方法简便准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可作为黄刺玫果的质量控制和评价方法。 Objective:To establish HPLC fingerprints of Rosa xanthina lindl mainly from Shanxi province to provide a reference for quality control of Rosa xanthina lindl. Mcthods:Inertsil ODS-SP(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm)column was used, mobile phase was methanol-aeetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Temperature of column was 25 ℃ and UV detection wavelength was 254 nm. Software for chromatographic fingerprint was applied to analyze pattern, common peaks and similarity. Results:Among the obtained fingerprint, the most of the detected peaks were separated effectively. The accuracy,stability,and repeatability of this method were satisfied. Twelve common chromatographic peaks were identified by fingerprints.Constituent types of 10 batches of Rosa xanthina lindl were similar. Conclusion:HPLC fingerprints of Rosa xanthina lindl are first established,the method is simple,exclusive, stable and highly repeatable, can provide a reference for identification and quality assessment of Rosa xanthina lindl.
