中医辨证分型治疗眼底黄斑变性临床观察

Clinical observation of Chinese medicine on macular degeneration

目的:研究眼底黄斑变性中医辨证分型与中医治疗的临床疗效。方法:选择2012年3月至2014年5月收治的湿性眼底黄斑变性患者72例,明确中医分型并给予中药治疗。结果:72例(82眼)眼底黄斑变性患者经过1个月的治疗后,治愈眼数56眼(68.29%),有效20眼(24.39%),无效6眼(7.32%),总有效率为92.68%。72例患者经过治疗后视力均得到明显改善,治疗前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:根据中医辨证分型合理给药,对于各型眼底黄斑变性具有确切的临床疗效。

Objective ：To investigate syndrome types and clinical efficacy of macular degeneration treated by Chinese medicine. Method：72 macular degeneration patients enrolled in our hospital from March 2012 to May 2014 were treated by Chinese medicine based on syndrome differentiation. Results：After a month of treatment, 56（68.29% ）eyes were cured, 20（24.39%）eyes were effective,6（7.32%）eyes were invalid. The total effective rate was 92.68%. The visual acuity of 72 patients was improved significantly after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Based on TCM type reasonably administered, Chinese medicine has a definite clinical efficacy for each type of macular degeneration.
