常州高职教育园区各院校督导现状调查与问题分析

Analysis on Supervision in Colleges in Changzhou Higher Vocational Education Park

高职院校的校本教育督导是校本管理的重要组成部分,它不同于通常意义的教育视导和教学督导,是指在学校内部开展的、代表学校内部最高管理方对人才培养全过程的监督、检查、评估和指导工作。通过对常州高职园区5所高职院校督导现状的调查分析,厘清校本教育督导与教学督导的异同,提出建立校际协同教育督导机制及相关建议。

School-based educational supervision in higher vocational colleges is an anportant part of school-based management. It means the guide and teaching supervision within schools, and represents the supervision, inspection, evaluation and guidance of the whole process of personnel trakting from top management. Based on investigation and analysis on the status of flve higher vocational colleges in Changzhou Higher Vocational Education Park, this paper clarifies the similarities and differences between school-based educational supervision and teaching supervision, and proposes the establishment of inter-school co-educational su- pervision mechanism and relevant recommendations.
