高职院校教材零库存管理的思考

Thoughts on Zero Inventory Management of Teaching Materials in Higher Vocational Colleges

学院为了减少年终教材盘点的人力物力和资源浪费,同时减少库存的投资成本、服务成本、仓储空间成本和库存风险成本,提出了教材零库存的理念。其基本概念是每学期的教材在满足本学期学生和教师所需后,通过有效的管理机制,使当学期的教材库存量为零。因零库存管理模式的切实有效性,教材零库存管理作为一种新的教材管理理念和方式,正在被越来越多的院校采纳和应用。

In order to reduce the waste of manpower and material resources for inventory at the end of year, and to reduce the inventory investment cost, service cost, warehousing space cost and inventory risk cost, the concept of zero inventory management of teaching materials is put forward. The basic concept is to meet the needs of students and teachers, and to make inventory zero through effective management. As a new teaching material management concept and method, this zero inventory management of teaching materials has been used in many colleges because of its effectiveness.
