高职院校工会提升女教师艺术素养的路径研究

Study on Approaches to Enhance Artistic Accomplishment of Female Teachers in Higher Vocational College Labor Unions

高职教育中的师资素养包含很多方面,针对女教师群体其综合素养中的"艺术素养"养成,需要通过长期和有计划、有目的性的相关路径进行实施,从而有效提高高职师资水平。剖析常州纺织服装职业技术学院工会提升女教师艺术素养的活动实践,探讨女知联、女工俱乐部等机构依托下的艺术素养养成可行性路径,通过载体和平台的搭建,艺术氛围的营造,并结合不同专业背景下女教师的特色,使活动有乐趣、组织有目的、提升有实效,在实践中不断提升女教师的艺术素养。

In the sphere of higher vocational education, various aspects are involved in a teacher＇s comprehensive accomplishments, among which the artistic accomplishment is especially targeted at female teachers. Long-term, planned, goal-directed approaches are required to realize it so that teachers＇ professional level can be improved effectively. This paper analyzes the practical activities for haprovhg female teachers＇ artistic accomplishment in Changzhou Textile Garment Institute labor union and probes into the feasible approaches to the cultivation of artistic accomplishment. These approaches include setting up platforms, creating a good atmosphere and conducting joyful activities according to the characteristics of female teachers from different major background.
