摘要 以降压开关电源、LDO以及ADF4350频率综合芯片为测试平台,以自制无源探头、频谱仪作为测试工具,从频谱的角度研究了LDO高频段纹波抑制能力对射频信号质量的影响。频谱测量结果表明:当LDO高频段纹波抑制能力不佳时会在射频信号中引入较大杂散,应在LDO的选型时予以慎重对待。 This paper analyzed the influence of LDO' s high frequency PSRR on RF signal with spectrum analysis method using circuits contains switch power, LDO and ADF4350 wideband synthesizer as the test platform, and the self-made passive probes and a spectrum analyzer as test devices. The influence of LDO capable of suppressing high frequency ripple on the quality of the RF signal was studied from the perspective of spectrum. The result of spectrum analysis shows that it will introduce spurious spectrum to RF signal when PSRR is low. As a result, it must be carefully whenchoosing the model of LDOs.
