动力波洗涤与光催化氧化等新技术在沥青烟净化处理中的应用

摘要 介绍了一种采用动力波洗涤、光催化氧化等新技术的沥青烟气净化处理装置,其具有以下主要特点:通过高效率的动力波洗涤装置提高了以水作为洗涤剂的湿法洗涤效率;使用碱洗法去除带恶臭味的气态污染物,降低了排放气体的臭味浓度;通过高效的气、液、固分离装置,确保了后级光催化氧化装置长期安全、可靠和高效率的运行;通过水处理实施有效的水、渣、油的分离,减少了管道和设备堵塞现象的发生,而且无污水排放。 The paper introduces a type of bitumen fume purifying treatment device which adopts dynamic wave scrubbing, photo-catalytic oxidation and other new technologies. Its main features are: the efficiency of wet method scrubbing, which uses water as detergent, is improved through highly efficient dynamic wave scrubbing device; the odor concentration of exhausted gas is reduced by using alkali washing method to remove the gaseous pollutants with foul smell; highly efficient separating device for gas, liquid and solid ensures long-term, reliable and efficient running of the photo-catalytic oxidation device; through effective separation of gas, residue and oil, pipe and device blockings are reduced, and there is no sewage discharge.
