摘要
探讨了砂浆基层的洁净程度、密实度、粗糙度、含水率和养护条件等因素对JS防水涂料粘结强度的影响,结果表明,基层表面洁净、平整、密实对JS防水涂料的粘结强度有利;基层含水率建议控制在2%~6%;养护条件宜采用温度28~35℃、相对湿度70%~90%,有利于涂膜固化。上述试验结果可为JS防水涂料的实际施工提供参考。
This article discusses influences of clean degree, density, roughness, water content of mortar base and curing condition on bonding strength of JS waterproofing coating. The resuhs show that clean, smooth and compact base is good for bonding strength of JS waterproofing coating; water content of the base is 2%-6%; and curing condition choosing 28-35℃ and relative humidity 70%-90% is beneficial for film curing. These testing results can provide reference for actual construction of JS waterproofing coating.
