在高职生思想政治教育中,运用道德激励的方法能够提升高职生思想政治教育的针对性、实效性,是开发高职生潜能、促进其全面发展的需要。道德激励的方法主要有目标激励、竞争激励、奖惩激励等,目标激励是竞争激励和奖惩激励的前提和导向,竞争激励的结果是奖惩激励的依据,奖惩激励是竞争激励的必然发展,三种激励方法互为支持形成良性循环以利于实现高职生思想政治教育的目标。
