摘要
按照人本主义的创造观,人人均具有创造力。然而当前的课堂教学在培养学生的创造力方面存在着一定的局限性。为了激发和培养学生的创造力,理应构建有利于激发创造潜能的课堂环境,用创造性的教学方法发展学生能力,建立多元化的评价制度等措施,从而培养创新型人才。
In the view of humanistic psychologists, everyone has creativity. However, the current classroom teaching has the factors that hinder the development of creativity. In order to stimulate and cultivate students' creativity, we should create classroom environment for their potential, promote students' ability with creative teaching methods and establish diversified evaluation system so as to cultivate innovative talents.
