美国社区学院“以学生为中心”的做法与启示

The Practice and Revelation of Student-centered American Community Colleges

通过参加"高职院校领导海外培训项目"的研修学习,笔者对美国社区学院的主要任务和特点有一定的了解,尤其是对美国社区学院"以学生为中心"的做法有着深刻的感悟。文章在真正落实以人为本,立德树人的教育理念,建立健全全员、全程、全方位育人的体制机制,合理界定高职教师的主要职责,树立学生事务管理的法治意识等方面有着积极的借鉴指导作用。

We have some knowledge of the main tasks and characteristics, especially the practice of Student-centered American community colleges by taking part in vocational Education Leadership Training Program. And the student-centered practice has reference and guidance in achievement of people-centered？education, high moral values establishment and people cultivation, establishing and improving full education, the whole process of education, all-round education with reasonable definition of main responsibility of the higher vocational teachers, establishing the law consciousness of students＇ affairs administration, etc.
