高职院校依托“阳光心晴工作站”开展心理健康教育的实践与思考

Practice and Thinking of Mental Health Education Based on ＂Sunshine Mood Workstation＂ in Higher Vocational Colleges

文章分析了当前高职院校学生心理健康的现状和心理健康教育的现状，针对主要问题，通过陕西工业职业技术学院心理健康创新教育的真实案例，成功解决了心理健康教育到学生的最后一公里的问题，大大提高了心理健康教育与咨询工作的实效。

This paper, taking mental health education in SXPI as a real case, analyzes the status quo of the higher vocational college students＇mental health and mental health education. The innovative mental health education in SXPI turns out to be successful in solving the problems of last 1 mile from education to students and can improve the efficiency of mental health education and consultation.
