摘要
目的探讨CD14启动子-159位点基因多态性与中国延边地区朝鲜族及汉族人群中原发性高血压左心室肥厚的相关性。方法选取中国延边地区朝鲜族原发性高血压左心室肥厚116例,朝鲜族原发性高血压非左心室肥厚107例及朝鲜族正常对照组108例;汉族原发性高血压左心室肥厚103例,汉族原发性高血压非左心室肥厚100例及汉族正常对照者108例。应用聚合酶链反应多态性技术对正常对照者及所有患者的CD14启动子-159位点基因进行基因型分析。多普勒超声心动图评估并计算其左心室质量指数,并记录体重指数、血压、血糖、血脂、低密度脂蛋白及肌酐等指标。结果在朝鲜族及汉族受试人群中,原发性高血压左心室肥厚组与原发性高血压非左心室肥厚组相比,各基因型分布频率在两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在原发性高血压左心室肥厚组中,CD14-159位点CC纯合子基因型频率高于原发性高血压非左心室肥厚组及正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CD14启动子-159(C-T)基因多态性与延边地区朝鲜族及汉族人群原发性高血压左心室肥厚的形成相关,CC基因型是延边地区人群发生原发性高血压左心室肥厚的风险因素。
Objective To investigate the correlation between CD14 promoter gene-159 (C-T) polymorphism and essential hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy (EH-LVH) in Korean and Han populations of China Yanbian area. Methods In the two case-control research, one contained 331 volunteers which were all Korean nationality patients including 116 EH-LVH and 107 EH-NLVH and 108 normal controls, the other contained 311 volunteers which were all Han nationality patients including 103 EH-LVH and 100 EH-NLVH and 108 normal controls. CD14 promoter gene-159 (C-T) polymorphism was analyzed by polymorphism chain reaction. Left ventricular mass index was measured and calculated by echoeardiography. Body mass index, blood pressure (BP), fasting blood glucose, triglycerides, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein and creatinine were recorded. Results There was a difference in genotype distribution frequency between the EH-LVH group and the EH-NLVH group of both Korean and Han patients (P〈 0.05). The CC homozygous genotype frequency of the CD14-159 locus in the EH-LVH group was significantly higher than that in the EH-NLVH group andthe normal control group both in Korean and Han populations (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The distribution of CDI4 promoter gene-159 (C-T) polymorphism has a significant correlation with EH-LVH both in Korean na- tionality and Han nationality of China Yanbian area. The CC genotype is a susceptible gene for EH-LVH in Yanbian area.
