Current Situation and Revelation of Educational Informationization in UK' s Basic Education

摘要 自1998年英国全面启动教育信息化工作以来,通过战略规划、机构设置、资金支持、项目立项、考核评估等一系列措施在基础教育信息化建设方面取得了不菲的成绩。该文通过对英国政府相关战略规划、政策报告、核心机构、期刊文献的深入研究,以及笔者亲身感受,从基础设施、资源工具、计算机课程设置、ICT与学科融合、教师发展、评价与管理等方面对当前英国基础教育信息化的现状进行了全面的分析与介绍,并提出了值得我们借鉴和思考的相关信息。 Since comprehensively launching the educational informationization project in 1998, UK has obtained a lot of achievements in the educational informationization construction in the basic education through a series of measures, such as strategic plans, institution setting, financial assistance, project support and evaluations. Based on the deep research of the strategic plans, policy reports, core organizations and the journal articles, this study fully introduced and analyzed the current situation of the educational informationization in UK' s basic education from the aspects of infrastructure, resource tools, computing course, the integration of ICT in the curriculums, teacher development, evaluation and management, etc. Then, we put forward the main points that deserve us to think and consult.
