婴儿配方粉中克罗诺杆菌属菌株的分子溯源技术 被引量:3

摘要 克罗诺杆菌属菌株水平上的快速准确的鉴定和区分对于控制由该属引起的食源性疾病的监控、预防和控制具有十分重要的意义。同时,对于分子流行病学的研究也是至关重要的。越来越多的基因分型方法已经被用于克罗诺杆菌属内菌株的分子分型。为了切断克罗诺杆菌属菌株的传播途径和快速确定感染源,本综述主要针对目前克罗诺杆菌属菌株的分子分型方法进行了较为详细的探讨。简要介绍了克罗诺杆菌属分子分型方法的最新研究进展,以便发生乳粉污染克罗诺杆菌属菌株时能够快速溯源,防止食物中毒事件的进一步蔓延。 Rapid and reliable identification of strains of the genus Cronobacter is important for surveillance, prevention and control of this food-borne pathogen. Moreover, for Cronobacter a species differentiation is relevant for epidemiological studies. At present, more and more genotyping methods have been used to differentiate Cronobacter spp.. This review summarizes the latest molecular typing methods for detec- tion, identification and typing of Cronobacterspp.. Therefore, we can take measures to rapidly find out the source of produce and prevent thespread of food poisoning events once powdered infant formula (PIF) is contaminated by Cronobacter spp..
