北京鸭VT4R和VT3R基因多态性及其与饲料转化率、胴体性状的关联性分析

摘要 为了研究禽类催产素受体[分别称为精氨酸催产素受体(VT4R)和异亮氨酸催产素受体(VT3R)],试验全面检测鸭VT4R和VT3R基因的多态性,并分析了多态位点与鸭胴体性状和饲料转化率的相关性。结果表明:在VT4R启动子区检测到2个SNPs,在VT3R基因上检测到3个单核苷酸多态性(SNPs),其中1个位于编码区,另外2个位于3'-非翻译区(3'-UTR)。这5个多态位点的突变等位基因频率分别为0.42,0.42,0.42,0.41,0.36。野生纯合型个体的腹脂率、皮脂率、体重、平均日增重极显著高于杂合型和突变纯合型(P<0.01),而除VT3R的c.946+8T>C外,其采食量、剩余采食量和料重比极显著低于杂合型和突变纯合型个体(P<0.01)。因此,试验检测到SNPs可作为鸭饲料转化率选育的候选遗传标记。 To study the avian vasopressin type 1 A receptor and oxytocin receptors that called vasotocin receptor 4 (VT4R) and vasotocin recep- tor sub -type 3 (VT3 R), respectively, the polymorphisms of duck VT4R and VT3 R genes were thoroughly detected, and the correlations of the polymorphic loci and duck carcass with feed - gain ratio were analyzed in the test. The results show that two single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were detected in promoter region of VT4R gene, and three SNPs were detected in VT3R gene, one of which located at coding region and two of which were located at 3' - untranslated regions ( 3' - UTR). The mutant allele frequencies of the five polymorphic loci were 0.42, 0.42, 0.42, 0.41 and 0. 36, respectively. The abdominal fat rate, sebaceous rate, body weight, and average daily gain of the individuals with wild homozygous genotypes were extremely significantly higher (P 〈0. 01 ) than those of the individuals with heterozygous and mutant homozy- gous genotypes. Simultaneously, the feed intake, remaining feed intake, and feed - gain ratio of the individuals with wild homozygous genotypes were extremely significantly lower (P 〈 0.01 ) than those of the individuals with heterozygous and mutant homozygous genotypes except for c. 946 + 8T 〉 C of VT3R. The results indicate that the SNPs detected in the test can be used as candidate genetic markers in duck breeding based on feed - gain ratio.
