摘要
为了研究亚麻籽和维生素E对育肥期荷斯坦奶公牛屠宰性能及肉品质的影响,试验采用单因素试验设计,将75头520kg左右的荷斯坦奶公牛随机分成5组,每组15头,对照组饲喂基础日粮:1组用10%亚麻籽代替部分精料,2,3,4组分别在l组基础上添加维生素E200,400,600mg/kg,测定奶公牛屠宰性能和肉品质。结果表明:精料添加10%亚麻籽并配合添加维生素E,可显著降低牛肉的剪切力值、蒸煮损失(P〈0.05)。说明使用10%亚麻籽替代部分日粮对荷斯坦奶公牛进行育肥时,可与维生素E配合使用。维生素E的适宜添加量为400~600mg/kg(干物质基础)。
To study the effects of flax - seed and vitamin E on slaughter performance and beef quality in Holstein bulls at the fattening period, this experiment was conducted using a single - factor design. Seventy - five Holstein bulls at the body weight of 520 kg or so were randomly divided into five groups of 15 bulls each. The control group was fed based diet, and group 1 was fed 10% flax - Seed instead of partial concen- trate feed, while groups 2, 3, and 4 were added with vitamin E of 200 , 400 and 600 mg/kg based in the group 1. And then, the slaughter performance and beef quality in Holstein bulls were determined. The results showed that adding 10% flax - seed in the concentrate feed supple- mented with vitamin E could significantly reduce( P 〈0.05 )the shear force value and cooking loss of beef. The result indicates that, when u- sing 10% flaxseed to replace partial diet to fatten Holstein bulls, it can be supplemented with vitamin E. The appropriate adding dose of Vita- min E is 400 mg/kg to 600 mg/kg (DM basis).
