低温胁迫下丛枝菌根对玉米根部渗透调节物质含量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)对低温胁迫下玉米根部生长及渗透调节物质含量的影响,试验选择郑单958玉米品种采用室内分析法,测定了玉米根部生长指标和渗透调节物质含量。结果表明:在低温胁迫条件下,玉米根部生长受到明显抑制,根长、根体积、根表面积和生物量均明显降低,同时体内可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量比常温显著升高(P<0.05);低温胁迫下接种丛枝菌根真菌可显著促进玉米生物量的积累,使根部可溶性糖含量提高,但使可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量降低。 To study the effect of arbuseular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) on the root development and the contents of osmoregnlation substance of maize roots under low - temperature stress, a maize variety called "zhengdan958" was selected in the test, A method of indoor analysis was used to determine the growth indexes and the contents of osmoregulation substance of maize roots. The results showed that the growth of maize roots was inhibited under low temperature stress, and the root length, root volume, root surface area and biomass were reduced obviously, mean- while, and the contents of soluble protein, soluble sugar and proline under low temperature stress were significantly higher than those under am- bient temperature. Under low -temperature stress, AMF -inoculation could promote biomass accumulation, and increase the content of soluble sugar, but could reduce the contents of soluble protein and proline.
