摘要
为了探讨槟榔提取物对感染柔嫩艾美耳球虫鸡盲肠组织结构的影响,试验采用H.E.组织染色切片方法研究了槟榔提取物的抗球虫效果。结果表明:感染后第3天,在50倍镜下,各组之间的盲肠组织形态差别不明显,都形成了盲肠皱褶,肌层厚度没有明显变化;在400倍镜下,阴性对照组和槟榔第3组盲肠绒毛前端形成一层明显的膜。感染后第9天,阴性对照组和槟榔3个组盲肠呈现血红色,在50倍镜下,阴性对照组和槟榔3个组盲肠黏膜和黏膜下层融在一起,绒毛融合、坏死,呈现蜂窝状外观;在400倍镜下,与阴性对照组相比,槟榔3个组能看见绒毛的轮廓,有清晰的绒毛间隙,但都存在大量的子孢子。说明在日粮中添加槟榔提取物能够缓解球虫感染后鸡盲肠组织结构损伤。
To investigate the effect of areea nut extract on caecal histological structure in Wenchang chickens infected by Eimeria tenella, the an- ticoccidial effect of areca nut extract was studied using haematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining tissue slices. The results showed that there were no significant differences in the caecal histological morphology of all groups at 50 magnifications under a microscope, and the cecal folds were formed in all groups, and there was no significant change in muscular layer thickness on day 3 after infection ; a clear layer of film in the front of intestinal villi was found in the negative control group and areca nut group 3 at 400 magnifications under a microscope. The caeca in the nega- tive control group and 3 areca nut groups were blood red on day 9 after infection ; the cecal mucosa and submucosa in the negative control group and 3 areca nut groups were blended together width the fusion and necrosis of villi, showing a honeycomb - like appearance at 50 magnifications under a microscope ; the outline of intestinal villi and clear intervillaus space were seen in the three areca nut groups compare with negative con- trol group at 400 magnifications under a microscope, but there were a large amount of sporozoites. The results indicate that adding areca nut ex- tract in the diet can alleviate the lesions of caecal histological structure in Wenchang chickens after infected by Eimeria teneUa.
