氢化物发生-原子荧光光度法测定动物性食品中砷的含量 被引量:1

Determination of arsenic in animal foodstuff using hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry

摘要 为了检测动物性食品中重金属砷的含量,试验利用硝酸和高氯酸(4:1)对样品进行前处理,采用氢化物发生一原子荧光光度法对样品中的砷含量进行测定。结果表明:食品中的砷在0-10μg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,得到线性方程Y=117.6773×C+10.3255,相关系数(R2)=0.99978,检出限为0.033μg/L。在测定的样品中,天津市市售动物性食品鸡肉中的砷含量为(0.0584±0.0683)mg/kg,显著高于其他样品中的砷含量(P〈0.05),而猪肉、牛肉、猪肝脏、鸡蛋、鸭蛋中的砷含量差异不显著(P〉0.05),样品测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.97%~2.15%,结果准确可靠。氢化物发生一原子荧光光度法灵敏度高、简单、快速、准确可靠,可以作为动物性食品中砷含量的检测方法。 To detect the content of heavy metal arsenic in animal foodstuffs, the samples were pretreated using nitric acid and perchloric acid (4:1). And then the content of arsenic in the samples were determined using hydride generation -atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry. The results showed that the calibration curves of arsenic in animal foodstuffs had good linearity relationship in the range of 0 to10 μg/L , and a linear equation was obtained : y = 117. 677 3 × C + 10. 325 5 ; the correlation coefficient ( R2 ) was 0. 999 78 , and the limit of detection was 0. 033 μg/L. Among these samples , the content of arsenic in chicken from commercially available animal foodstuffs was ( 0. 058 4 ± 0. 068 3 ) mg/kg, which was significantly higher (P 〈 0.05 ) than that in the other samples. However, there were no significant differences ( P 〉 0.05 ) in the contents of arsenic among pork, beef, pork liver, eggs, and duck eggs. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of detected samples was 0.97% to 2.15%, and the results were accurate and reliable. The results indicate that the hydride generation - atomic fluores- cence spectrophotometry has the advantages of being simple, rapid, accurate, and reliable with high sensitivity, and can be used as a method for detecting the content of arsenic in animal foodstuffs.
