摘要 [目的/意义]研究利用社会化媒体这一新的技术与机会促进供应链知识共享,保证供应链可持续发展。[方法/过程]文章首先总结了影响供应链知识共享的因素与社会化媒体的特征,发现社会化媒体的特征很适合供应链知识共享的要求,进一步分析了社会化媒体如何通过作用于供应链知识共享影响因素,促进供应链知识共享。[结果/结论]社会化媒体为供应链知识共享带来了机遇,文章对如何利用社会化媒体进行供应链知识共享提出了一些建议。[局限]文章对社会化媒体对供应链知识共享影响从理论角度进行了探索,需进一步进行实证研究。 [ Purpose/significance ] This paper uses social media, a new technology and opportunity, to improve knowledge sharing in supply chain and ensue the sustainable development of the supply chain. [ Method/process ] The paper first summarizes the influencing factors of knowledge sharing in supply chain and the features of social media, discovers that the features of social media is suitable for the requirements of knowledge sharing in supply chain. Then, the paper analyzes how the social media im- proves the knowledge sharing in supply chain based on the influencing factors of knowledge sharing in supply chain. [ Result/con- clusion] Social media brings opportunities for knowledge sharing in supply chain. The paper proposes some suggestions on how to use social media for knowledge sharing in supply chain. [ Limitations ] The paper explores the impact of social media on knowledge sharing in supply chain from the theoretical level and more empirical researches should be carried on.
