国外数字档案托管发展现状及趋势分析

本文通过对1家政府文件中心、3家云服务商和10家商业文件中心的业务调查,分析国外数字档案托管业务的发展现状及趋势。研究发现以电子文件、档案管理系统集中维护为基础的专业化、集成化服务将是各服务主体竞争力所在。

The authors conducted an investigation on the electronic business of one government records center, three cloud service providers and ten commercial records centers, analyzed the current situation of digital records storage and management outsourcing in foreign developed countries, and pointed out that the professional, integrated services based on the hosting of electronic records management and archiving system would be the competitiveness.
