摘要
文章以学生参与授课为考察对象,以信息管理和信息系统(简称信息管理)专业为例,结合创新扩散理论和制度同形理论,考察高校教学改革创新的影响因素。首先,在理论和文献的支持下,构建研究模型和假设;然后进行问卷的设计,通过问卷面向信息管理专业在读的大学生进行数据搜集;再利用偏最小二乘结构方程建模方法对数据进行分析,从创新扩散视角,发现匹配度是影响信息管理专业实施教学改革创新态度的第一关键因子,相对优势是第二关键影响因子,复杂度的影响不显著;从制度同形视角,发现强制压力和模仿压力都对信息管理专业实施教学改革创新的意愿产生显著正向影响,规范压力的影响被弱化。
This study examines the impacting factors of higher education teaching innovation based on the innovation diffusion theory and inst itutional isomorphism theory with the case of information management major. Firstly, the research model and hypotheses were developed with the support of prior theories and literature. Then, the questionnaire was designed and used to conduct data collection oriented to undergraduate students majoring information management.The Partial Least Squares(PLS) Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) was used to conduct data analysis. The results from the perspective of innovation diffusion indicate that compatibility is the first key factor affecting information management major's attitude toward implementing the teaching innovation and relative advantage is the second key factor.The results from the perspective of institutional isomorphism indicate that both coercive pressure and mimetic pressure have significant and positive impacts on the intention of information management major to implement the teaching innovation. The impact of normative pressure is overpowered.
