Professor Wang Lingtai's experience in the treatment of primary biliary cirrhosis(cholangitis)

介绍王灵台教授治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化(胆管炎)的临床经验。认为其病机关键以正虚为本,表现为脾、肝、肾三脏功能失调;以邪实为标,湿、热、瘀血贯穿始终。提出调三脏、清湿热、祛瘀黄的治疗大法及用药心得。并附验案1则。

This article introduced professor Wang Lingtai＇ s experience in the treatment of primary biliary cirrhosis（ PBC, or cholangitis）. It was recommended that the main pathogenesis of PBC was the healthy energy deficiency as essence with the disharmony of spleen, liver and kidney and the evil excess as syndrome with dampness, hot and blood stasis throughout the whole. Professor Wang proposed the therapeutic method of regulating spleen, liver and kidney, clearing heat, removing dampness, alleviating blood stasis and jaundice,and the corresponding herb application. One proven case was recorded.
