益气活血化瘀法对卵巢囊肿患者血清性激素的影响

Effects of “Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Therapy” on serum sex hormones in patients with ovarian cyst

目的观察益气活血化瘀法治疗卵巢囊肿的临床疗效及其对血清性激素的影响。方法将165例卵巢囊肿患者随机分为观察组(84例)和对照组(81例),分别给予益气活血化瘀法和桂枝茯苓丸治疗,疗程2个月。观察两组治疗前后中医证候积分、血清睾酮(T)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)及卵巢囊肿体积变化情况。结果 1治疗后,两组中医证候积分降低、卵巢囊肿体积缩小(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。2治疗后,两组P、E2较治疗前下降(P<0.05),FSH、LH上升(P<0.05);且观察组性激素改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气活血化瘀法治疗卵巢囊肿临床疗效确切,其作用机制与调节患者血清性激素有关。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Therapy＂ in treatment of ovarian cyst and its effects on serum sex hormones. Methods One hundred and sixty-five eases of ovarian cyst were randomized into the observation group （84 cases） and control group （81 cases） , and respectively treated with ＂Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Therapy＂ and ＂ Guizhi Fuling Pills＂ respectively, with a course of two months. The syndrome scores, serum sex hormones testosterone （ T）, follicle stimulating hormone （ FSH）, progesterone （ LH）, estradiol （ E2 ）, progesterone （P） and the size of ovarian cyst were detected before and after treatment. Results ①After treatment, the syndrome scores diminished and the size of ovarian cyst reduced in both groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）, with better efficacy in the observation group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. ②After treatment, the levels of P and E2 decreased and the levels of FSH and LH increased in both groups（P 〈0.05 ）, with more significant improvement in the observation group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Therapy＂ was quite effective in the treatment of ovarian cyst by regulating serum sex hormones.
