清消透托法治疗囊肿型痤疮初探

A primary study on the treatment of cystic acne by clearing poison and expelling pus

介绍囊肿型痤疮的治疗方法。认为其常见热毒内蕴、气血凝滞的病理状态,皮损形态类似疮疡疔疖,治疗此型时宜用"消托"二法;并结合青壮年患者的患病特点,提出清消透托之法,自拟"清金托毒饮",清热解毒、调畅气血,使囊肿结节易消易溃。

This paper introduced the treatment of cystic acne. The common pathological state was recognized as accumulation of heat and toxic and stagnation of Qi and blood. Skin lesion morphology was similar to sore and furuncle. Two methods ＂xiao＂ and ＂tuo＂ should be used in the treatment of this type. According to the characteristics of young adults, the treatment of cystic ache by clearing poison and expelling pus was put forward. A homemade prescription ＂ Qingjin Tuodu Decoction＂ was used for treatment,which can clear away heat and toxic, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis and cure the cystic acne.
