从细辛的药性、归经、主治、灵活配伍等方面论述细辛在风湿病中的应用。细辛是治疗风湿病的常用中药,常与其他药物配伍应用。细辛与附子配伍,温阳蠲痹、散寒通络;细辛与当归配伍,养血温经、通络散寒;细辛与黄芩、生地黄配伍,寒热并用、调理阴阳;细辛与石膏配伍,火郁发之、熄风通络;细辛与独活配伍,散寒除湿、调补肝肾。细辛剂量的正确使用与方药对证更能体现其临床的灵活性。

This article summarized the medical properties, attributions and indications of Herha Asari, as well as the application of flexible compatibility in the treatment of rheumatism. As a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for treating rheumatism, it was often combined with other herbs, such as radix aconiti carmichaeli tor warming yang and dispeling cold, angelica sinensis for nourishing blood and warming meridians, scutellaria baicalensis and radix rehmanniae for regulating yin and yang, gypsum fibrosum for relieving dizziness and dredging collaterals, radix angelicae tuhuo for regulating and nourishing liver and kidney. The appropriate dosage and proper use could reflect the flexibility of its clinical practice.
