不同比例人参皂苷Re与黄连素配伍对2型糖尿病降糖作用的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的考察不同比例人参皂苷Re与黄连素对2型糖尿病的降血糖作用。方法采用均匀设计法对人参皂苷Re与黄连素进行不同比例配比,通过淀粉(6 mg/g)诱导小鼠高血糖模型,STZ(150μg/g)和ALX(200μg/g)法诱导大鼠2型糖尿病模型。观察人参皂苷Re与黄连素6种比例(2∶0、16∶1、1∶2、8∶4、0∶8、4∶16)(100μg/g)对血糖的影响。结果人参皂苷Re与黄连素1∶2组、8∶4组和4∶16组(100μg/g)连续给药15天可显著降低淀粉(6 mg/g)诱导正常小鼠餐后血糖的升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。其中,人参皂苷Re与黄连素1∶2组和4∶16组(100μg/g)可显著抑制STZ所致糖尿病大鼠血糖水平(P<0.05,P<0.01);而人参皂苷Re与黄连素4∶16组(100μg/g)对ALX(200μg/g)所致糖尿病大鼠血糖的升高也具有显著抑制作用(P<0.01),其效果类似降糖灵(100μg/g)。此外,在STZ和ALX诱导大鼠高血糖模型中,人参皂苷Re与黄连素各比例之间进行比较发现,人参皂苷Re与黄连素4∶16(100μg/g)对血糖的抑制作用要优于其他组(P<0.05)。结论人参皂苷Re与黄连素4∶16(100μg/g)具有显著的降血糖作用。 Objective To investigate the anti-hyperglycemic effects of the compatibility of ginsenoside Re and berberine in different ratio on type 2 diabetes. Methods The different ratio of ginsenoside Re and berberine (2 : 0, 16 : 1, 1 : 2, 8 : 4, 0 : 8, 4 : 16) were matched by uniform design method. The hyperglycemia model in mice was induced by starch ( 6 mg/g) , and the type 2 diabetes model in rats was induced by STZ ( 150 μg/g) and ALX (200 μg/g). The effects of different ratio of ginsenoside Re and berberine( 100 μg/g) on blood sugar were observed. Results postprandial blood glucose in starch induced mice treated with the ratio of ginsenoside Re and berberine at 1 : 2 ( 100μg/g), 8 : 4 ( 100 μg/g), 4 : 16 ( 100 μg/g) significantly reduced ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). the blood glucose level in STZ induced rats treated with the ratio of ginsenoside Re and berberine at 8 : 4 ( 100 μg/g) and 4 : 16 ( 100 μg/g) significantly inhibited (P 〈0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). The ratio of Ginsenoside Re and berberine at 4 : 16 also showed significantly reverse effect on ALX-induced hyperglycemia in rats (P 〈 0.01 ) , and its hypoglycemic effect was similar to phenformin (100μg/g). In addition, among the different ratio in the STZ and ALX induced models, the inhibition of blood glucose in the ratio of ginsenoside Re and berberine at 4 : 16 was more effective than other groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The ratio of ginsenoside Re and berberine at 4 : 16 ( 100 μg/g) showed significantly anti-hyperglycemic effect.
