柴电混合动力系统在金枪鱼延绳钓船上的应用 被引量:2

摘要 柴电混合动力系统应用于船舶领域有三种形式:PTO(power take out)、PTI(power take in)和PTH(power take home)形式。为了满足金枪鱼延绳钓船航行和作业两种工况,将PTH形式柴电混合动力系统应用于金枪鱼延绳钓船上。金枪鱼延绳钓船在自由航行高航速工况时,使用柴油机动力;在钓鱼作业低航速工况时,使用电力动力。上海水产集团先后建造了5条配备柴电混合动力系统的金枪鱼延绳钓船。经过实践证明,PTH形式传动系统完全可以应用于金枪鱼延绳钓船,并具有满足两种工况,提高冗余度,增加安全性,降低燃油消耗,节能减排的效果,对于金枪鱼延绳钓船是一个非常好的选择。 There are three types of hybrid power systems used in the field of ship, including PTO, VII and PTH. In order to meet the two working conditions of voyage and operation of tuna long liners, the PTH is applied. When a tuna long liner is sailing at high speed, it is driven by diesel engines, and when it is fishing at low speed, electricity is used as power. Shanghai Fisheries Group has built five tuna long liners with hybrid power system. Results shows that PTH type hybrid system in tuna long liners can not only meet the needs of above two working conditions , but also increase the redundancy improve the security, and reduce the fuel consumption. It has obvious advantages in energy saving and emission reduction, thus is the good choice for tuna long liners.
