打造特色馆藏建设,深化创新服务体系,更好地为读者服务,是高校图书馆深层次服务管理理念。以西藏民族大学图书馆为例,打造特色馆藏建设,深化创新服务体系的具体内容、思路以及注意事项,努力把图书馆建设成为集信息化、数字化、网络化、智能化为一体的现代化民族大学图书馆,为学院的教学、科研、管理工作发挥出更加强大的文献信息支撑保障,为学院的内涵式发展和西藏高等教育事业的发展做出应有的贡献。

Building characteristic collection construction and deepening innovative service system to better service for readers is the core service of university library. Taking Xizang Minzu University as an example, this paper put forward that library should start fi＇om the specific contents, thoughts and matters needing attention of characteristic collection construction and innovative service system, to build modem ethnic university library with the integration of informatization, digitization, networking and intellectualization, and provide more powerful support for teaching, scientific research and management work, and make contribution to the connotative development of the university and Tibetan education.
