我国石墨烯技术发展现状及趋势分析——基于专利数据 被引量:7

摘要 文章采用专利信息分析方法,研究了石墨烯技术专利申请时间、技术领域及申请人分布。发现:石墨烯技术专利布局较为广泛,但大多集中于基础应用技术领域;专利申请人多为高校和科研机构,且研发主体之间合作较少。运用专利数量测算法和Pearl曲线模型预测分析石墨烯技术发展趋势,结果显示:我国石墨烯技术处于快速发展阶段,即将进入技术发展成熟期,需把握发展机遇寻求新的技术突破。 By using patent information analysis method, the paper investigates the graphane technology- related patents, including the time of application, which technology field the patents belong to and distribution of applicants. It finds out that graphane technology patents are widely distributed, but most of them focus on the field of basic applied technology; most applicants are from high-learning schools and research institutions, and cooperation between research teams is seldom seen. Based on the method for calculating the number of patents and the Pearl curve model, it forecasts and analyzes the developing trend of graphane technology, The result shows that graphane China and it will soon enter into the maturation stage. It technology is at the rapid development stage in suggests that China should seize the chance and make new technological breakthroughs.
