摘要
长期以来,我国服装企业不够重视经营管理者的人力资本产权,本文以此为切入点,从产权角度探讨我国服装企业高管职位资本治理,提出了我国服装企业职位资本治理的路径。
For a long time, Chinese garment enterprises have not paid enough attention to human capital property rights of their managers. Based on such situation, the paper discusses the management of executive position capital in Chinese garment enterprises from a property rights perspective, and points out the path for the management.
