摘要 为了测量水平式激光发射系统激光指向误差,提出了一种天顶范围激光指向远距离检测方法,设计了一个激光方向检测装置,介绍了激光方向检测装置的组成及工作原理,详细介绍了光线折转系统的结构,对指向误差进行了实际测量,获得激光指向误差为5.7″,对检测装置中影响激光指向误差的误差源进行了分析,得到了作为系统误差的视差ε1、检测装置的结构变形误差ε2被消除、检测装置的测量误差主要取决于电视系统分辨率和激光器光轴漂移误差的结论,该检测装置测量的激光指向不确定度为1.87″。外场试验结果表明,通过该检测装置得到的检测结果进行误差修正后,激光发射精度满足使用要求,检测方法直接、简便,检测精度较高,该检测方法可以在工程实际中得到推广应用。 In order to measure the laser pointing error for a level mounting laser transmitter system, a testing method of pointing errors of the laser beam in the direction of zenith region was proposed, and its measuring device was designed. The basic composition and working principle of laser pointing error measuring device especially its optical system was described in detail, and then the laser pointing error was measured which was up to 5.7". Based on the analyze of the systematic errors of the measuring device, the binocular parallax 61 and the structure deformation errorε2 had no effect on measuring accuracy only depended on TV resolution and laser beam drift, and the related combined standard uncertainty was 1.87". Experimental results indicate that the laser pointing precision of the level mounting laser transmitter system could satisfy the use requirement after correction, and the testing method was simple which had a good prospect of popularization the laser pointing error and application.
