妊娠期高血压疾病发生的免疫学机制

妊娠期高血压疾病是目前世界上妊娠期导致孕产妇及围生儿死亡的主要疾病之一,其发病原因不明确,故成为目前研究的热点,多集中在免疫、细胞凋亡、组织相容性及激素等相关的研究。但是其发病机制非一元论解释,免疫因素因其在局部和全身的突出影响,受到更多的关注,故本文对妊娠期高血压疾病的免疫学机制做一综述。

Pregnancy hypertension disease is one of the main diseases causing the death of the maternal and perinatal infant,and the causes are not clear,which makes that it has been become now research hotspot.The research focuses on the phase relation of immune,apoptosis,histocompatibility and hormone etc.But the pathogenesis can＇t be explained by monism.Immune factors have evident influence on the local and the whole body,so immune factors receive increased at- tention.Therefore,the paper mainly observes the immunological mechanism of pregnancy hypertension disease.
